  If can put up with the incompetents of the front desk, then this is a great place to go. My only problem is that the patients have to call to confirm appointments, I have never heard of this before. I have been very courtious even when I was asked to reschedule my appointment because the nurse was sick, only to find out that my rescheduled appointment hadn't even been booked, but clearly this is not as important as a customer calling to confirm an appointment, and you have to make sure you drop everything, including making sure you set your alarm to wake up early in the morning after a night filled with high anxiety, just to make a phone call. I already have complex ptsd, depression and anxiety, the last place I expect to trigger me is a clinic.

  I rang on a Monday morning at 8.30am and was told that they were fully booked! I had to make an absolute fuss (as I was in quite a lot of pain) to get an appointment, then the doctor that I saw was as least 80 years old and I had to tell him what was wrong and what medication I needed.

  I have been going to the clinic for two years now and I have never had a problem. I am bulk billed and find the staff most courteous. Highly recommended.
