  Served by Jake in your mobile phone section at the Eastlands store. Best phone buying experience I've had at any store. Ever. Knowledgeable and friendly. Initially went to one of your competitors who were neither helpful or had what I required in stock. Jake remembered my request from a phone call I'd made and had everything ready. Customer service legend!

  The staff was chatting and just ignored me when I wandered around and couldn't find what I was looking for, for 20 minutes. This didn't happen at any store I have been to on the mainland. And they clearly had seen me look for something. No one had come to help me.

  This JBHIFI is very well looked after! Everything is where it is suppose to be and the staff are very friendly and capable of their job. If you want a new TV small appliance this is the place to go.

  The staff member I dealt with was quite friendly and understanding of my needs. He was happy to spend the time to listen and go through what I needed and more importantly wasn't pushy or trying to sell me something I didn't want.
