  Rated 4 out of 5 stars - not because it's lacking in any major department, but simply due to the bustling surrounds being a factor that people who prefer to have a secluded, meditative appointment, will have to keep in mind. If you're short on time on a busy day, and want a haircut at a pinch, Just Cuts is just the place for you.

  The location lends well to its convenience, with the audible noise at moderate levels - this, of course, is largely influenced by its central locale that's based within a shopping mall, and is otherwise acceptable for where it is.

  Not happy! My partner and I took our 2 yo son in. First booking in I got attitude. Think he thought he was doing my hair... Plus it was about 20 mins to closing time. But I don't care. Professionalism!!!!!! Bub is is going through the terrible 2's. To be told he will be high-tailed outta there by "Wayne" because he was upset (it was only his 3rd time in a hairdressers). He frightened him to the point that I will be doing it from now on. He wrapped that cape thing round him that rough and fast and when he slipped out of the chair he held it that tight around his neck in a fist grab he was choking him. My poor boy was terrified and was fighting to get away. And slipped off again and hit his head while he was still holding the precious cape. My partner then grabbed him while telling him off and left. I was embarrassed not for us but for them. We have never been so disgusted in my life. Rude ass idiot. We will NEVER be back! Rule of 10 jerk. Keep your hands off our child! I suggest other do the same. as the other times women have done his hair there and he was perfect. KARMA

  I had the most horrible experience with just cuts eastlands Rosny park.The staff were rude and unkind. The lady was not helpful nor polite to me. Reefed on my hair whilst brushing so much it hurt. Then made a comment of how knotty it was. I told her I had sprained my elbow and could bend it enough to do my hair. I got no comment back. Her and another staff member then laughed at me because I wasn't sure what layering I wanted and was told to find a photo. Not once did she help or recommend anything to me even after I explained I don't get my hair done that often and know nothing about it. I felt extremely uncomfortable I ended up tell her and walking out with a section of my hair already cut as I couldn't bare to sit there. All she said was ok sweety bye. Disgusting! Never coming again. Never been treated so poorly.

  Minimal fluff, paired with curt, but well mannered, friendly staff, who more than tolerate even the most talkative, motor-mouth of customers - such as myself. The hair cutting experience itself is non-abrasive as the stylists won't aggressively overwork your hair, or pull on your roots, and the end-result is sound advice from stylists who are on top of getting your hair back in order, and a reasonably priced, appealing haircut - let it be contemporary, or perhaps even more retro.

  Overall a good experience, but that's honestly to be expected from a business which allows you to make bookings at such short notice. This is the biggest strength of its business if you're finding longer wait times, or are being turned away by other hair stylists for not contacting them in advance.
