  The men who work there have been very rude and inappropriate towards myself and other women on multiple occasions. I am discusted.

  Once my nails started coming off I started to pick them off. As a result of scratching my mouth I ended up with a staph infection under my nose and on my lip that left me in hospital and on heavy duty antibiotics for over 2 months. 6 months later I had another staph outbreak under my nose exactly where it was originally. According to my Dr I probably will never be rid of it. Be very very careful

  What a joke! Horrible customer service, I even got done by the owner Sally, she's so rude lol They don't even look at you and talk their language very loudly to each other pulling your hands hands roughly in the direction they want you in lol my nails are demented and hygiene is a whole new story... yuck won't be going back! She also owns the Hobart city one. Steer clear

  Huge mistake to get my nails done in this place!!!, I tried them on December and it was fine, so I decided to come back today, but I just wasted my time and money, terrible service, the girl who did my nails was on rush, not really kind and her job was seriously terrible in my nails, I got a manicure with SNS, the manicure that I got was just 5 minutes, she just pulled a few death skin, that's not a proper manicure, and the SNS just terrible, she left my fingers full of glue, so 10 minutes after she finished I came back to ask them to remove that, the owner just a rude lady that speaks in her language all the time, so disappointing!!! I'll never come back to this place, terrible experience, doesn't worth the 45 dollars that I paid for...
