    The most disappointing thing about all of this was the don't care attitude. We are seriously thinking of moving our entire package and taking our business elsewhere.

    My partner and I arrived at the Telstra Store Eastlands for our appointment. We were told the Telstra rep wasn't there and will be 45mins, time we cannot afford to lose. We had taken 2 hours off work to repackage our bundle.

    The sales rep had their shirt hanging out with plenty of flesh showing, asked for assistance with a product I was trying to purchase through the internet, then realised they may not receive a commission based sale and did not want to help myself.

    Really awful customer service and queue management. I took my phone back because it broke through no fault of my own. The lady who served me was unpleasant and blunt rather than apologetic that the product I purchased form them only lasted a few months, with a 2 year contract, she bluntly asked if I broke it myself or the device failed. She then informed me that the tiny crack on the back is an issue and may cost me up to $250 for repair and when I asked if they could repair it without fixing the crack would not be an option but I could pay $50 to get the phone back unfixed because a techie had worked on it. There was no flexibility with this. She was training someone while she served me but did not introduce us. The repair would take 2 weeks and there are no lender phones (in a phone shop owned by the biggest telecom in the country and there’s no spare phones? Seriously?). She was taking a while to process the return and the whole thing didn’t feel right plus I had to leave so I asked her to cancel the thing and I’ll do it later and she made me wait while she cancelled it. The whole service was absolutely appalling and just a terrible business practice to make is so inconvenient and trying to get more money when returning an item that was sold to me with the promise of it working.

    Arranged to transfer my mobile number from business account to a domestic account at the Telstra Rosny store. I was told this will take no longer than 2 hours to transfer. 10 hours later after Telstra switched off my business account, I still am waiting to have my number activated. Two calls to Telstra Help has got me no where except more frustration. Apparently this process takes 24 hour. Honestly, lack of correct information is consistent with this organisation. Telstra would have to be the single most frustrating and appauling organisation operating in Australia. Revenue driven, without a care on providing service solution.

    Would not recommend this store as the staff perform like they have limited sales training. I do not blame the staff themselves, as they are only doing the best they can with the knowledge they have.
